REI End of Season Clearance
The changing of the seasons is often the best time to save on apparel, and REI is no exception. The outdoor retailer's end-of-season sale just kicked off with nearly 10,000 discounted styles from top brands like Patagonia, Columbia, Outdoor Research, prAna, and more.
You can see all the deals in one place here, and then use the filtering tools to narrow it down to your favorite brands, or things available in your size. But we also took the liberty of finding a few highlights that you won't want to miss.
- Cannondale Electric Bikes for 15%-24% Off - You can use these bikes just like any other bicycle, but when you need a little (or a lot of) help, their electric motors can kick in to give you a boost up that hill.
- Kelty Cosmic Down 0 Sleeping Bag | $185 | Normally $250 - This highly rated sleeping bag has been tested in temperatures as low as 2 degrees Farenheit.
- Patagonia Black Hole Duffel | $90 | Normally $129 - It's only on sale in purple, but this nearly indestructible bag is legendary for a reason.
- Smartwool Base Layers for 50% Off - Smartwool is best known for its merino wool socks, but why not wrap your entire body in that wonder fabric?
- Oboz Hiking Boots Up to 40% Off - Oboz boots are some of the most popular on the trail, and these will give you great traction even during the muddy spring hiking season.
We all hope to someday live in a world without AA or AAA batteries to deal with, but until we get there as a society, Panasonic's Eneloop rechargeable batteries are your best bet. Whether you're starting or expanding your battery collection, this $39 Power Pack is the best deal we've seen in over a year, and includes eight AAs, four AAAs, and a universal charger.
Panasonic Eneloop Power Pack | $39 | Normally $50
Everlane's simple, stylish, and sustainably produced apparel is always fairly priced, but you can save on a huge variety of its styles during the brand's expansive clearance sale.
The highlights of the sale, without a doubt, are the jeans for around $20-$40 (men | women). Even at their regular $68, these are some of the best jeans we've ever worn, with flattering cuts and a surprising amount of stretch thanks to the elastane woven into the Japanese denim. Not for nothing, they're also sustainably made with a process that uses way less water than most denim.
For guys, we also recommend the Performance Chino for a crazy-low $28, which is one of our favorite pants for traveling. Like the jeans, they incorporate a bit of stretch, and feel like technical pants even though they look just like a great pair of khakis.
Anker SoundCore 2
With 12 watts of stereo sound, pool-safe water resistance, and 24 hours of battery life (if anything, that undersells how long it lasts), the Anker SoundCore 2 is something of a cult favorite in the world of affordable Bluetooth speakers. Normally $40, you can get it for just $30 right now, just in time for spring picnics, barbecues, and beach trips.

Amazon-owned Woot is blowing out excess stock of Amazon's first-party devices, with prices that would make Black Friday blush. Highlights include an Echo smart speaker for just $40, the Echo Spot alarm clock for just $30, and even an extremely rare deal on the high-end Kindle Oasis ereader. We suspect that stock is limited, and the best stuff will sell out quickly at these prices.
As tropical getaways become more of a near-future possibility, Travelzoo is ready to tempt your wanderlust further with a 7-night luxury vacation or two to Bali with dates available now through Dec. 20, 2022. During your week-long stay at the 5-star Samsara Ubud resort, you’ll enjoy a 1,300 square foot villa tucked in the hillside of the Ubud rainforest that boasts a private heated pool and an indoor and outdoor shower for just $875 total. If you’re looking for an upgrade, 7 nights in the deluxe pool villa with views of the lush valley will run you $999.
Included in both vouchers is daily breakfast for two, and 20% off spa and laundry services. Staying at the one bedroom pool villa will also get you a one-way airport transfer, while the deluxe pool villa will get you a roundtrip airport transfer and a 60 minute massage per person. All stays also feature access to a 24/7 butler service and nearby attractions like Tegallalang rice terraces, the Ubud Palace, and Tirata Empul water temple make for great day trips.
All taxes and fees are included in the price, with $50 per night surcharges added on for dates between Dec. 20, 2021 and Jan. 6, 2022, and July 1 to Aug. 21, 2022. Right now we’re seeing typical resort prices hover around $2,000 for the pool villa and $2,600 for the deluxe pool villa, so this voucher can save you over $1,000, making this a pretty incredible deal. Like all Travelzoo vouchers, you can get a full refund up until the expiration date if you decide not to take the trip.

Vienna Palace Getaway
Europe is obviously quite famous for its palaces, but did you know that you can stay in one yourself? Travelzoo's new getaway deal offers you three nights at the Palais Coburg Residenz in Vienna, Austria, which is a 35-suite boutique hotel in a palace that used to belong to the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha royal family.
$1,995 gets you three nights in a 580 square foot, bi-level city suite, compared to the $817 per night pricing we're seeing for most of the year. In addition to that $400+ savings on the room, you'll also enjoy a free four-course dinner with wine pairings at the hotel's Silvio Nickol Restaurant, which has two Michelin stars, and would normally set you back over $500.
Travelzoo purchasers will also get a free bottle of champagne at check-in, complimentary drinks from the minibar, a tour of the grounds and wine cellar, and free daily breakfast for two. You'll practically feel like royalty. Once you buy the voucher, you'll be able to use it through next April, and if you decide not to make the trip, it's also fully refundable.

The headphones you packed for your trip are wireless. The seatback screen on the plane, and the TV in the hotel gym both require a wire. See the problem?
That's why we love Twelve South's AirFly, an ingenious little device that plugs in anywhere you can use wired headphones, and then broadcasts the audio over Bluetooth to any pair of wireless headphones. Its built-in battery runs for up to eight hours on a charge--long enough to get you over the Atlantic--and it's easy to keep powered up with any microUSB charger too.
The AirFly is currently down to the bottom of its usual $30-$45 price range, just in time for the return of travel. If you want to upgrade, the AirFly Duo (which has a much longer lasting battery and can connect to two headphones at once) and the AirFly Pro (which can act as a Bluetooth audio receiver in addition to a transmitter) are both well below their usual prices right now as well, at $40 and $47, respectively.
Twelve South AirFly Sale | $30-$47
From time to time, Hydro Flask puts some of its colors out to pasture. While very sad for the colors in question, it's a great chance to save on the brand's excellent insulated drinkware.
Today, you can save 30% on a ton of bottles and tumblers in Spearmint, Hibiscus, Sunflower, and Watermelon. While many previous retiring color sales have featured drab or ill-conceived colorways, all four of these options are bright, cheery, and will feel right at home when spring arrives in a few months.
30% Off Retiring Colors | Hydro Flask
Stasher's reusable silicone sandwich bags are unique in the space in that they're fully self-sealing; there's no need to keep track of an extra piece of plastic to keep them airtight. They're great for storing snacks, packing lunches, and even doing some sous-vide cooking. And once a bag is empty, you can just throw it straight into the dishwasher, instead of the trash.
Right now at Amazon, a ton of different sizes and colors of Stasher bags are on sale for 15-20% off.
Ground Beef For Life
One of Butcher Box's best annual promotions is back, just in time for your first spring cookout. If you sign up for a new subscription to the meat delivery service, they'll throw in two pounds of ground beef for free, in addition to whatever would normally come in your box.
And then, they'll include two more pounds of ground beef with your next box too.
And the next box.
And the next box. That's 24 pounds of free ground beef every year.
Sign up for a new account here, pick your desired assortment of proteins, and they'll throw in the beef automatically with every delivery. The cows that your beef will come from are grass-fed and grass-finished, and never given antibiotics or added hormones, and everything else you get in your box will have been raised to the same standard.

Anker's Qi wireless charging pads are consistently some of the most reliable you can buy, and at just $9 each, you should have them in every room of your house. If you pair this pad with a Quick Charge wall charger like this one, it'll charge compatible Android phones up to 10W, and iPhones at the maximum possible 7.5W.

The thought of a pet getting lost keeps many an animal owner awake at night, but GPS-enabled pet trackers have matured to the point where they can set your mind at least somewhat at ease.
The Whistle Go Explore is one of the most popular trackers on the market, and uses GPS and a dedicated LTE connection (surprisingly affordable at just $7-$8 per month, depending on your plan) to let you know exactly where your dog is at any time. If they escape at night, you can even enable a built-in strobe light to make them easier to spot by passing cars until you're able to track them down. You will have to remember to recharge it every 20 days or so, but that's a small inconvenience to keep your furry friend safe.
Even when you're not using the Whistle Go Explore to find your lost pet, it also essentially acts as a dog Fitbit, and lets you know how often they're scratching, and whether they're getting enough exercise.
Normally $130, it's down to $93 today in three different colors, complete with three months of free service when you commit to a year.

Casper essentially invented the internet mattress boom, but even today, it's rare to see its mattresses marked down by more than 15% or so, especially its high-end offerings. But while supplies last, the brand's 2019 Wave and Wave Hybrid mattresses are 35% and 30% off, respectively.
The Wave features five different layers of contoured foam, with groundbreaking variable density zones that are meant to contour to the average person's body for a more comfortable night's sleep. The Hybrid option also adds innerspring coils to the mix for added breathability and bounce. The only catch – and it's a big one – is that these are final sale mattresses, so you won't get Casper's traditional 100 night free trial.
Prices below reflect the queen size, but all available sizes have the same percentage discount.

Dyson's HP01 floor fan is an air circulator, space heater, and HEPA air purifier all rolled into one, and it's also absolutely gorgeous, to boot. Or at least as gorgeous as a fan can be. But more importantly, it's powerful enough to heat and/or purify the air in a very large room all by itself.
Yes, $400 is quite an investment, but that's the low end of its usual $400-$500 price range if you're in the market.
Dyson HP01 | $400 | Normally $400-$500
Costa Rica Getaway
At $599 for three nights (or $749 if you want an ocean view), this Travelzoo voucher for the JW Marriott Guanacaste Resort & Spa in Costa Rica is roughly in line with Marriott's published rates through the rest of the year. But in this case, it's a perk that makes it an incredible deal.
Travelzoo purchasers will get a $100 food and beverage credit daily while at the resort, valid at five on-site restaurants and on in-room dining. That offer even extends to extra nights that you can add on for $199 each.
The resort itself is located on its own beach if you want to unwind, but also offers ecotourism experiences like kayak tours and white water rafting trips if you're itching for adventure. Best of all, you don't need to decide when to go yet; just buy your voucher, and use it by December 21. If you decide not to make the trip, it's also fully refundable.
The folks who brought you our favorite dopp kit, a clever travel blanket, and an ambitious travel packing system just kicked off their latest Kickstarter campaign: a mask that's truly designed for travelers.
The Gravel Re:Pack face mask features fold-down nose and chin flaps and adjustable ear loops for a more comfortable fit, and when you collapse them down, the whole mask can fold up and slide into the included travel sleeve, which you can attach to your keychain or bag.
If you hurry over to Kickstarter, you'll be able to access earlybird pricing with three masks and a carrying sleeve for $34, or $5 less than the expected MSRP. Shipping expected in March.

Serengeti Safari Getaway
While the pandemic has been terrible for travel, it's unlocked several unbelievable deals on luxury African safari experiences that would normally be out of reach.
Travelzoo's latest safari getaway gets you a full week at the Taasa Lodge, just three miles outside of Serengeti national park in Tanzania for $5,999 for two people, which is actually less than you'd normally pay for a single person during the high season (usually $925 per night). That includes all of your meals, most alcoholic beverages, airport transfers, and two game viewing activities per day.
And oh yeah, you'll be staying in a 500 square foot "Luxury Tent," which is a tent in the same way that a Beverly Hills mansion is a "house." It features an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a stone shower, a sectional couch, and stunning countryside views. There are a few things like park entry fees and a mandatory conservation fee that aren't included in the voucher, but otherwise, it has everything you need for the wildlife spotting trip you've always dreamed of.
Once you buy the voucher, you'll have until December 24, 2022 to use it, with no blackout dates. If you ultimately decide not to take the trip, it's also fully refundable.

Your phone is dirtier than most doorknobs and toilet seats, and yet, you probably never clean it beyond wiping smudges off the screen. Luckily, Samsung now offers a specially designed cradle that kills germs and viruses on the surface of your phone (or your keys, sunglasses, headphones, loose change, or anything else that fits inside) with the power of UV light. And because it's Samsung, they also built a wireless charging pad into the bottom, so your phone can get some extra juice while it's being cleaned.
Normally $50 (and cheaper than its main competitor, the PhoneSoap 3 even at that price), it's down to $30 today at Amazon, the best price we've seen on a product like this from a major brand.

If you’ve ever had loud neighbors, noisy pipes, or a street-facing window, you know just how essential white noise can be to sleep. Adaptive Sound Technologies makes some of the best white noise machines available, and right now its LectroFan Evo White Noise Sound Machine is on sale.
This particular model features ten fan sounds, alongside ten white, pink, and brown noise sounds, and two ocean environment sounds. There is also a connector for headphones or a portable speaker so you can further tailor your sleep environment to your needs.
Right now, the LectroFan is at the lower end of its typical price — $33 to $44 — so now is a great time to buy.

Anker's best known for its excellent pocket sized battery packs, but its new PowerHouse II is a massive alternative that's perfect for camping, tailgating, or prepping for natural disasters and extended power outages.
Roughly the size of a shoebox, the PowerHouse II includes USB and USB-C ports, as well as an AC outlet and a DC outlet like you'd find in your car, and its built-in battery could recharge a MacBook Air five times, an iPad Air 11 times, or your phone dozens of times. With the AC outlet, you could even use it to charge drone batteries, run a CPAP machine, or even power a small refrigerator or TV for a time.
It's not a "generator" per se, but you can plug in a solar panel to keep it charged while you use it, making it a silent, green option for camping, tailgating, and other outdoor adventures. Normally $400, you can get the PowerHouse II for $300 today by clipping the $100 coupon on the product page.

Cabo is incredibly easy to reach from the U.S., but feels like a world away, making it a great option for a post-COVID long weekend getaway.
With this deal from Travelzoo, $599 gets you three nights in an oceanview room at the Villa La Estancia, which boasts a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor. That compares very favorably to the ~$500 per night weekend rates we're seeing through most of the summer. If the savings weren't enough, the voucher also includes a $100 resort credit, free daily breakfast, 15% off spa treatments, and even the option to extend your stay for just $199 per night.

The second, larger iteration of the impossibly small Claw multitool which we’ve been carrying for years, the Claw 2.0 boils down the concept of a multitool to the barest necessities in order to fit on your keychain or zipper pull. Forged from a single piece of titanium with no moving parts, the Claw 2.0 is an object lesson in practicality. In its 1.5” form factor, it manages to pack in about a half dozen tools, nearly all of which are things that you’ll actually find yourself using on a regular basis.
On one end, a 30 degree chisel blade works as both a flathead screwdriver and as a handy box opener. And don’t worry, it’s TSA-safe. Along the bottom, you’ll find a bottle opener that provides a lot more leverage than the old Claw, and is aided by a finger ridge on the opposite side to give you a better grip. And on the back, Malboro & Kane built in two hex holes that can fit almost any standard screwdriver or drill bit, essentially turning the Claw 2.0 into a screwdriver handle. Are you going to build a house with this thing? No, but it could come in handy in a pinch.
And that’s it! It’s just the tools that most people will need in most situations. You can bring it on a plane, it’ll fit in any pocket, and it’s under $30 when you preorder it on Kickstarter. What’s not to love?

In the world of USB battery packs, there's the Zendure SuperTank, and then there's everything else. The gargantuan 27,000mAh battery pack includes two USB-C ports, one of which can charge a laptop at up to 100W (the fastest possible USB-C speed), plus two standard USB ports for smaller devices. Not for nothing, it also looks like a tiny little aluminum suitcase, which is just a delight.
Today's $100 deal from Wellbots isn't the best price we've seen, but it is $20 cheaper than Amazon's current price.

Apple's newest iPhones bring back one of the best Apple features ever: MagSafe charging. In reality, the new version of MagSafe is just a fancy version of regular Qi wireless charging, but the snap-on magnetic charging disc means you can hold your phone while it's charging at a maximum possible speed of 15W, or double what a regular wireless charger can muster.
Today's $34 deal is about $5 less than MSRP, and the best deal we've seen so far by $2.

If you're trying to lose that quarantine 15, this smart scale from Eufy syncs your weight, BMI, muscle mass, and other vital stats to your smartphone over Bluetooth. Best of all, you can import that data into the Apple Health app or Google Fit to track it alongside your other fitness measurements.
At just $20 (down from $30-$36), it's roughly the same price as a non-smart scale, but is much more likely to keep you in check when your fitness ambitions start to wane.

Magnum Folding Sunglasses
$25 is a great price for any pair of polarized, well-balanced sunglasses that are made from recycled plastic. But it's a great price for a pair that can fold up like origami to fit more easily in a jacket pocket.
I was sent a pair of Magnum glasses (with the warm lenses) to try out, and unique folding design aside, I was struck that the clarity of the lenses exceeded almost any pair of "cheap" sunglasses I've ever worn. Normally priced at $35, our readers can get a pair for $25 by choosing the Seeqr Exclusive perk, or two pairs for $45.

If you’ve had your eye on a tour of the Himalayas, there’s no better time to book than now. Though government tariffs typically make tourism to Bhutan notoriously expensive, Travelzoo is now offering nearly $2,000 off guided tours through December 24, 2022.
A three night tour through the mountainous scenery and landmarks of Bhutan is $599 per person (down from the current price of $1,498 per person) and a six night tour is set at $999 per person (down from the current price of $2918). The tour itself focuses on exploring the cultural richness of Bhutan, taking you to the capital city of Thimphu, the National Museum, and the cliffside Tiger’s Nest Monastery. Along with the tour and all entree fees to museums and temples, accommodations for each night at 3-star hotels are included, as well as daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A licensed English-speaking Bhutanese tour guide will accompany you on your tour, with options for solo travelers to purchase private rooms for an extra $10 per day. Dates through September to November and March to May will be $749 per person for three nights and $1459 per person four six nights.
Only open to tourists since 1974, Bhutan remains a relatively untouched gem in the Himalayas, featuring breathtaking snow-capped scenes alongside ancient temples and monasteries. And there’s no harm in taking this chance — all vouchers are fully refundable through their expiration date.

There are beach towels, and there are bath towels, but Turkish Towels thrive no matter where you use them.
Turkish Towels are thinner (not to mention better looking) than any bath towel you've ever used, but are still plenty absorbent to dry you off after a shower. And because they're so thin, they dry out a lot more quickly than traditional towels, and can even roll up to the size of a large burrito to throw in a bag and take to the beach or park.
Each towel from Turkish Towels is handloomed in Turkey, and made from long-staple cotton that was grown in the Aegean region of the country. If you want to bring one home right now, Huckberry has a ton of different designs on sale for just $23-$25 (down from $42), while supplies last.
